The Quality of Our Translations

The basic quality of a translation is seen first and foremost in the complete, error-free transferral, both in content and language, of the original text into the target language. We secure this quality in two ways: first, our translators translate exclusively into their native languages, and second, the translations are read by native speakers of the source language. (analogous to DIN 2345)

Even before the actual work on the text begins, we maintain intensive contact to our customers in order to build up and later update customer-specific terminology databases together - so that your texts are consistent and written with the terms used in your company.

You recognize the high quality of a translation by the stylistic adaptation of the translated text to the intended group of readers. That is why it is very important for us to know the target group for which you have written the texts we are translating.

A second quality aspect, one of more universal nature, is for us the observance of promised delivery dates. We always deliver by the agreed deadline, often even earlier. You will certainly appreciate this, for translation orders are almost always urgent and should be carried out quickly as well as carefully. Low surcharges are billed for express orders.
